What Is The Main Reason For Seeing Eye Floaters?
Whenever the vitreous substance inside your eye pulls away from the retina you can see dark specks and debris or
particles slowly drift through your eyes. A reduction of size and density occurs in the vitreous gel that fills up
the rear portion of your eyeballs.
Bubble like circles drifting upwards in your vision is something that can be seen when you
have a detachment of the vitreous from the retina.
"Worm floaters" in your eye can be made more visible if you try and stare at a lightly colored wall or computer
screen. Wispy looking strands of cotton fiber can be what eye floaters look like for some
people.
