Floaters Become More Common As You Get Older
By the time someone reaches age 80 there is at least a 50% chance that they will see grey blobs or dark clouds
floating in front of their eyes.
In most cases harmless, these "eye floaties" could be a
considerable retinal issue for 15 % of men and women if they're combined with zig zag flashes of light for the
reason that that is one indicator of retinal tearing or detaching.
