Eye Migraine Headaches Or Floaters And Flashes?
You may be experiencing an ocular migraine if you suddenly start seeing jagged lines, streaks of light in your
vision, or a slowly expanding blind spot. It is thought that these are caused by blood vessel spasm in the brain.
This is called retinal or eye or ocular migraine. You should seek out an eye doctor to determine if your symptoms
are due to a posterior vitreous detachment or an eye migraine headache.
It's perfectly normal to have a few black eye floaters after cataract surgery, most of the
time they seem to get better over a period of several weeks to months. The annoying black flakes that are moving in
your eyes called floaters are also seen more often by people who are
nearsighted.
